Steve Connolly is a co-founder of Adler Connolly² at MGS Group Real Estate and one of the most analytically rigorous agents working in the Wellesley market. Before real estate, he trained as a CPA at a Big Four firm and spent years advising institutional clients on complex commercial real estate valuation and strategy — and he brought that discipline with him: financial modeling, deep zoning analysis, and a data-first approach most residential agents simply don't have.

Licensed since 2012, Steve built one of Wellesley's top-producing teams with his partner Nicole Connolly, closing $50M+ in sales volume in 2025 as a duo before joining forces with Teri Adler to form AC². His clients range from first-time buyers weighing neighborhoods to seasoned investors evaluating new construction and luxury renovations. Steve came to Wellesley as a Babson College student and never really left.
