Nicole Connolly is a co-founder of Adler Connolly² at MGS Group Real Estate and the team's authority on design, presentation, and getting a home ready for market. She has a genuine designer's eye — the kind she put to work designing her own family's Wellesley home — for how light, layout, finish, and styling shape what a buyer feels the moment they walk through the door.

For sellers, that eye translates directly to results: Nicole leads the team's preparation and presentation strategy, from editing and staging decisions to the finish-level details that make sophisticated buyers lean in. For buyers, she helps clients see past a dated kitchen or an awkward floor plan to what a home could become — and then makes it real, because the other half of her value is the rolodex. Licensed since 2007, Nicole built one of Wellesley's top-producing teams with her partner Steve Connolly, closing $50M+ in sales volume in 2025 as a duo before co-founding AC² with Teri Adler. A Babson College graduate with a background in marketing and entrepreneurship, she built her practice the way she'd build any business: earning trust one client at a time, and knowing her market cold.
